Fort Edmonton Park just released their summer camp list and you’re not going to want to miss this KID FAVOURITE: Mrs. Egge’s Kitchen Kids. No one bakes like grandma, except maybe great-grandma and, of course, Mrs. Egge! Aspiring bakers will learn the secrets of home cooking on a wood-burning stove. For our younger kitchen kids, you will bake treats and sweets throughout the week using historic recipes. Activities for older bakers can include baking cakes, pies and sewing your own apron! University of Alberta Solar Lunch-time Drop-in at the Observatory. The Department of Physics Astronomical Observatory at the University of Alberta offers public solar observing sessions every Thursday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Visitors can drop in anytime during this hour without tickets, and admission is free.
Free Outdoor Drop-in Risky play for Little Kids. Parents and caregivers are welcome to bring their little ones who have started walking up until 4 years old to explore risky play together. We'll do outdoor obstacles, play in the park, and explore natures playground!
